Artificial intelligence poses severe challenges to traditional concepts of copyright, such as “author”, “creativity”, “originality”, “borrowing”, “infringement”, etc.
At the same time, if the issue of potential violations of AI rights to works in the educational sample was generally evident from the beginning and quickly gave rise to actual court cases, then the discussion about the possibility of copyrights to AI works is more complicated and reaches the nature of creativity itself. But it seems the Ukrainian legislator already knows the answer to the last question. Or not?
