Volodymyr Tsoi is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and public figure, co-owner and president of the MTI Group of companies, a diversified business uniting three areas of activity in Ukraine and Kazakhstan: information and communication technologies (MTI, Tekhnogard, MTI-SERVICE companies), retail trade (INTERTOP, Protoria, Amadeo); and a 3-PL operator (Denka Logistics).
He graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers (now the National Aviation University) majoring in “Technical Operation of Radio-Electronic Equipment”.
A socially active entrepreneur who has been supporting Ukraine through a number of business, cultural and educational projects for more than 30 years, since the day his company was founded.
Volodymyr Tsoi is one of the founders of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs.
