I have been working in the field of finance and education for over 30 years. At the moment, I am the Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Public Council of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, a member of the Public Council at the State Financial Monitoring Service (FIU) of Ukraine.

Since 2022, I has organized the Public Organization “Ukrainian Modern Digital Science”, which is engaged in research in the field of risk assessment of the use of digital economy tools in criminal activities, money laundering, and cybercrime.

I am engaged in research work in the scientific project “Development of scientific and methodological approaches to assessing and managing the risk of using virtual assets in Ukraine in schemes of money laundering and tax evasion” and teaching at the Academy of Financial Management of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. I also take part in the project of the Ministry of Digital Transformation “Strategic Foresight – Virtual Assets 2030” in order to implement international FATF standards in Ukraine.

I have practical and management experience in finance, so I dealt with the risk analysis of financial transactions related to money laundering. At the moment, I have more than 30 years of teaching experience, more than 15 of them in higher education.
